Request Care Staff in West Sussex
Tell Bluebell Haven Care about your organisation, the care or support role you need to fill and your preferred timescale. We will review your staffing enquiry and explain the most appropriate temporary staffing or recruitment route.
START YOUR STAFFING ENQUIRY
Tell us what your organisation needs
Whether you need temporary cover, planned workforce support or help recruiting permanently, begin by telling us about the role, setting, location and proposed working pattern.
Submitting an enquiry does not commit your organisation to a placement. We will review the information, clarify the appropriate staffing route and explain current availability, terms and next steps.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
Important information about staffing and recruitment enquiries
Which roles can I request?
You may enquire about care assistants, support workers, senior support workers, companions, community support workers and other appropriate non-clinical care or support roles.
We will confirm whether the specific role falls within Bluebell Haven Care’s current staffing scope before accepting the request.
What is the difference between temporary staffing and recruitment?
Temporary staffing involves supplying a worker for an agreed assignment under the applicable staffing terms.
Permanent or fixed-term recruitment involves introducing a candidate whom your organisation may choose to employ directly. The fees, responsibilities and contractual arrangements differ and will be confirmed before work begins.
Who directs a temporary worker’s day-to-day activities?
The hiring organisation is responsible for providing an appropriate local induction, explaining workplace procedures and directing the worker’s day-to-day activities within the agreed assignment.
The written staffing terms will explain the respective responsibilities of Bluebell Haven Care, the worker and the hiring organisation.
What information should I avoid including?
Do not submit service-user names, medical records, care plans, incident reports, identity documents, financial information or other confidential personal data through this initial form.
Describe the role and service setting without identifying individual service users. We will explain securely if further information is genuinely required later.
Does submitting the form guarantee staffing availability?
No. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a worker or candidate is immediately available.
Availability depends on the location, role, working pattern, required experience, screening requirements and current workforce capacity.
Can Bluebell Haven Care guarantee urgent or same-day cover?
No. Please provide as much notice as possible. We will review urgent requests, but we will not confirm cover until a suitable worker and the required checks and arrangements are in place.
What happens if a proposed worker or candidate is unsuitable?
Contact Bluebell Haven Care promptly and explain the concern. We will review the matter in line with the applicable staffing or recruitment terms, safeguarding responsibilities and available options.
Any alternative worker or replacement candidate will remain subject to suitability, agreed checks and availability.
